The role involves cross-functional collaboration, market analysis, doctor engagement, and driving business growth across ethical and OTC product portfolios. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end product lifecycle and new product developmentConduct market research, competitive intelligence, and portfolio analysisDevelop scientific content, marketing materials, and product communicationLead doctor engagement, CME programs, and medical trainingExecute ethical, brand, and OTC marketing strategiesTrain internal teams, clients, agencies, and distributorsCollaborate with R&D, Sales, Quality, Operations, and Supply ChainOversee product surveillance and post-launch monitoring Qualifications BAMS/MD (Ayurveda) OR B.Pharm/M.Pharm OR B.Sc/M.ScMinimum 8 years of experience in product management in Ayurveda/Pharma/Nutraceutical industriesStrong analytical, project management, and communication skillsData-driven mindset with understanding of industry trends & customer needsWillingness to travel across India .
