Role & responsibilities Own the end-to-end product lifecycle of Max Healthcare websites. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and uninterrupted website performance. Coordinate regular website maintenance, issue resolution, bug tracking, and quality assurance. Ensure timely implementation of content, functional, and technical updates. Gather business requirements from stakeholders. Work closely with development teams to build, test, and launch new website features. Manage sprint planning, UAT, production deployments, and post-release validation. Ensure releases are delivered on time with minimal business disruption. Partner with UX/UI designers to improve user journeys and conversion rates. Monitor website KPIs and performance metrics Preferred candidate profile 2-7 years of experience in Digital Product Management, Website Product Management, or Digital Platforms. Proven experience managing large-scale websites or customer-facing digital products. Strong understanding of website technologies, CMS platforms, APIs, and web architecture. Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, Microsoft Clarity, or similar analytics platforms. Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and conversion optimization. Experience coordinating with technology teams, designers, QA, and external vendors .
