Role Description The Digital Product Manager - Logistics/Supply Chain will lead the design, development, and optimization of digital products that support logistics, supply chain planning, and operations. This full-time, on-site role in Delhi, India involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define product roadmaps, and prioritize features that improve efficiency, visibility, and cost effectiveness across the supply chain. The role includes translating business needs into functional specifications, coordinating with technology teams to deliver solutions, and monitoring product performance through data and user feedback. The Digital Product Manager will work closely with stakeholders in logistics, operations, and finance to drive adoption, ensure alignment with strategic goals, and continuously refine digital tools based on evolving business and market needs. Process Improvement Partner with Logistics and Sales teams to identify improvement opportunities and document current processes Apply Pareto, Six Sigma, Fishbone, and 5 Whys to redesign processes Translate future-state processes into product notes, PRDs, user stories, and wireframes Drive alignment with process owners and senior leadership on solutions and priorities Technology Delivery Act as the Logistics and Supply Chain SME for Digital and Technology teams. Own delivery with close coordination with SAP, Blue Yonder TMS, Nintex, RPA, ETL, AI, Power BI, and mobile app teams Business Outcomes Drive solution adoption and realization of planned savings and business benefits. Coordinate timely issue resolution with minimal business disruption. Required Competencies Familiarity with SAP SD, Blue Yonder TMS or any other leading ERP and SQL Working knowledge of GenAI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude, with interest in applying AI to business processes Analytical mindset with the ability to use business data and user feedback to improve solutions Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Qualifications MBA with 26 years of experience in Digital Transformation, Product Management, Business Consulting, or Supply Chain Centre of Excellence roles .
