Preferred candidate profile Must Have Skill Set: Regulatory & Compliance - Ensure product capabilities align with US healthcare and insurance regulations. - Partner with compliance and legal teams to incorporate regulatory changes into the product roadmap. - Support HIPAA-compliant workflows and secure handling of protected health information (PHI). - Monitor regulatory changes affecting product functionality and customer requirements. Customer & Market Engagement - Engage with insurers, TPAs, brokers, employers, implementation teams, and customers to understand evolving market needs. - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and emerging trends. - Gather customer feedback and incorporate insights into product improvements. Role & responsibilities: Product Strategy & Roadmap - Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for US Health Insurance capabilities within InsureEdge. - Translate business strategy and customer needs into product initiatives and measurable outcomes. - Prioritize features based on customer value, market demand, regulatory requirements, and business objectives. - Identify opportunities for product innovation, automation, and operational efficiency. Product Ownership - Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring features are clearly defined, prioritized, and aligned with business goals. - Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements for engineering teams. - Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives. - Make product decisions balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and commercial priorities. .
