Purpose of the role: To ensure high performance by using various legal tools for shortfall recovery from right off cases To handle a team of Legal officer & Branch Legal Manager in an Area to deliver resolution on shortfall collection & NPA cases Key Responsibilities: To handle shortfall cases which are write off using various legal tools Filing of EPs Filing of Police Complaints in NPA Obtain warrant and execution Resolution of cases which flow in NPA Handle a team of Legal officer & take help for Collection team for resolution. Handle Legal cases for the area Handle a team of Legal officer & Branch Legal Managers To ensure settlements are handled for Commercial vehicle customers which are diligent and repayment is not happening in that customer sourced. .
