Job post summary: Key Responsibilities Identify, visit, and onboard manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors, importers, and brand partners across Delhi and NCR in categories such as FMCG, Grocery, Electronics, Home & Kitchen, Fashion, Beauty, and Lifestyle. Conduct regular field visits to industrial areas, wholesale markets, factories, and business hubs to acquire current vendors for the Dealplex platform. Build and maintain robust relationships with large brands, factory outlets, and key suppliers to expand Dealplex's product portfolio. Manage the complete vendor onboarding lifecycle, including lead generation, KYC verification, documentation, agreement execution, compliance checks, and product catalog onboarding. Coordinate with internal teams for catalog digitization, product listing, pricing, inventory mapping, and go-live support. Negotiate commercial terms including product pricing, margins, commissions, promotional offers, and partnership agreements. Ensure all vendors comply with Dealplex's operational, quality, and delivery standards. Regularly monitor vendor performance, resolve operational issues, and maintain long-term business relationships. Achieve monthly onboarding and business development targets while maintaining accurate CRM records. Submit daily field visit reports, vendor acquisition updates, and performance MIS to management. Preferred Candidate Profile 14 years of experience in Field Sales, B2B Sales, Vendor Acquisition, Business Development, or Channel Sales. Prior experience in e-commerce, quick commerce, FMCG, wholesale distribution, retail, marketplace, or supply chain is preferred. Solid negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. Comfortable with extensive travel across Delhi & NCR. Must possess a valid two-wheeler with a driving license (preferred). Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM applications.
