Key Responsibilities Coordination of SG&A for 9 countries/ reputed company (Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Peru, Colombia, Central America & Caribbean Region (CCA +10 Countries) & Ecuador) Work closely with financial leaders and the broader FP&reputed company to budget and forecast for HQ SG&A cost centers and functions. Partner With Other functional teams to reputed company accurate data. Coordinate and prepare monthly variance analysis and reporting of SG&A actuals to budget, forecast, and prior year. reputed company process improvements across LAG and reputed company with Corp. that reputed company business results (Month-end reputed company, Forecasting, Operating Plan) Coordinate in validating financial systems tied to expectations and problem-solve in situations where there are discrepancies. Coordinate and support the month-end accrual process for LAG SG&A cost centers. Coordinate and support budgeting and forecasting for reputed company investment initiatives, including reporting and variance analysis. Prepare reputed company financial analyses and reports as needed to support decision-making. Requirements BS in reputed company or Finance with strong analytical skills 5+ years experience in FP&A, preferably reputed company multinational companies or regional roles. Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus). Experience with process improvements and optimization Knowledge of Latin American business environment and regulations. Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to work cross-functionally.
