Positions:2 Full Time Experience 8 - 12 Years Full Stack Lead / Architect (Golang + React / Next.js) Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Lead/Architect with 8+ years of professional experience to drive end-to-end architecture, solution design, and large-scale implementation of cloud-native platforms. This role combines strategic architectural leadership with hands-on technical expertise, requiring you to design and deliver enterprise-scale solutions while mentoring engineering teams across multiple squads. Work Location: PAN India | Work Mode: Completely Remote | Working Hours: Must be available until 23:30 IST Key Responsibilities Own and lead end-to-end architecture, solution design, and implementation of full stack applications across multiple business domains Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performance system designs and technical specifications Architect and build large-scale, microservices-based platforms using Golang, ensuring optimal performance and maintainability Define and govern frontend architecture using React.js and Next.js, establishing best practices and design patterns Establish and enforce API design standards, integration patterns, and system interaction protocols across teams Lead architecture reviews, design governance sessions, and make key technical decisions that impact platform scalability and reliability Drive execution of large, complex programs ensuring adherence to quality standards, scalability requirements, and delivery timelines Implement and optimize containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes in production environments Drive CI/CD automation, DevOps best practices, and infrastructure-as-code initiatives to accelerate deployment cycles Ensure performance optimization, system resilience, security compliance, and comprehensive observability across all systems Collaborate with product management, UX/design teams, and cross-functional engineering stakeholders on roadmap planning and delivery execution Mentor and develop engineering talent across multiple squads, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning Participate in technical hiring, team building, and capability development initiatives Required Skills & Experience Core Experience Requirements 8+ years of professional experience in full stack development with a strong focus on architecture and system design 6+ years of hands-on expertise in Golang backend development 6+ years of hands-on expertise in React.js and/or Next.js frontend architecture and development Proven track record as a Lead/Architect successfully delivering large-scale, enterprise-grade solutions end-to-end Technical Competencies Backend Architecture: Advanced proficiency in Golang with deep understanding of concurrency patterns, memory management, and performance optimization Frontend Architecture: Expert-level knowledge of React.js and Next.js, including server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), and advanced state management patterns Microservices Architecture: Extensive experience designing and implementing microservices-based systems, including service decomposition, inter-service communication, and distributed transaction patterns API Design: Strong expertise in designing RESTful APIs and modern API patterns (GraphQL, gRPC) with focus on scalability and developer experience Containerization & Orchestration: Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments, including cluster management, deployment strategies, and resource optimization Cloud Platforms: Extensive experience with one or more cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP), including infrastructure design, managed services, and cost optimization Distributed Systems: Deep understanding of distributed systems principles, including scalability, fault tolerance, consistency models, and consensus algorithms Database Technologies: Strong experience with both SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis, DynamoDB) databases, including optimization and scaling strategies DevOps & Automation: Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation), and deployment automation System Performance: Expertise in performance optimization, load testing, monitoring, and observability (logging, metrics, distributed tracing) Mandatory Skills Golang (Required) React.js OR Next.js (Required) Preferred Qualifications Experience with event-driven architectures and message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, AWS SQS) Knowledge of security best practices including authentication, authorization, encryption, and compliance (OWASP, SOC 2) Experience with machine learning integration or data-intensive applications Contributions to open-source projects or community involvement Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience) Experience mentoring and building high-performing .
