About the Role We are seeking Next.js Developers to help realize updated designs for the web experience for a customer-facing loyalty platform. You will work in a delivery model where development begins as designs become available rather than waiting for full design completion, so close collaboration with design and backend teams is essential. This role covers the full build cycle, from core implementation through integration hardening and release readiness. Responsibilities Build and maintain web application features using Next.js Implement UI from approved designs, working closely with the design team as designs are finalized Integrate the web application with a backend-for-frontend (BFF) API layer Validate accessibility guidelines are met Participate in code reviews and maintain engineering quality standards Support integration, performance, and end-to-end testing efforts as needed Collaborate with QA to resolve defects during hardening and release readiness phases Preferred candidate profile 5+ years of experience in front-end web development, with strong hands-on experience in Next.js and React Experience integrating web applications via APIs Familiarity with modern component-based architecture and state management patterns Experience working in agile, fast-paced delivery environments where design and development Overlap Experience with validating and enforcing web accessibility standards Strong debugging and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Comfort with collaborating directly with designers and backend engineers .
