We're Hiring | ERP Manager Location: Chennai Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 5+ Years Are you passionate about ERP systems, master data management, and business process optimization We're looking for an experienced ERP Manager to own and optimize our ERP ecosystem while collaborating with Finance, Supply Chain, Production, and Business teams. Key Responsibilities Manage ERP modules including MM, PP, SD, and FI/CO Own Master Data and Bill of Materials (BOM) creation, updates, and validation Ensure accurate inventory, procurement, costing, and order management data Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close activities Ensure ERP data integrity and support statutory/internal audits Coordinate with ERP implementation partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders Troubleshoot ERP issues and provide end-user training Identify process improvements and implement scalable ERP solutions Required Skills 5+ years of hands-on ERP experience Strong experience with SAP ERP or similar ERP solutions Expertise in MM, PP, SD, and FI/CO modules Strong knowledge of Master Data Management and BOM Management Experience in Manufacturing, FMCG, D2C, or Skincare/Beauty industries is preferred Experience supporting statutory/internal audits and ERP implementation projects Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Why Join Us Join a fast-growing, dermatologist-founded skincare brand.
