Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Embedded Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain embedded systems for our products. The ideal candidate has strong experience in embedded software development, microcontrollers, and hardware interfacing, with a passion for building reliable and efficient solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain embedded firmware using C/C++.Develop software for microcontrollers and embedded processors.Interface with peripherals such as UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, USB, Ethernet, and GPIO.Debug and troubleshoot hardware and firmware issues using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and debuggers.Collaborate with hardware, mechanical, and software teams throughout the product development lifecycle.Optimize firmware for performance, memory usage, and power consumption.Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and system validation.Prepare technical documentation, design specifications, and test reports.Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field(Diploma)6 months 1 years of experience in embedded systems development (adjust based on your requirement).Strong programming skills in C and C++.Experience with ARM Cortex-M, STM32, ESP32, NXP, TI, or similar microcontrollers.Knowledge of communication protocols including UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, and USB.Experience with RTOS (RTOS, Zephyr, or similar).Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.Preferred Qualifications Experience with STM IDE, ESP IDF, Arduino IDE, KI CAD.Knowledge of device drivers and bootloaders.Experience with wireless technologies such as BLE, Wi-Fi, Zigbee, or LoRa.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for embedded development.Understanding of PCB design and hardware bring-up.Required Skills Embedded C/C++RTOSMicrocontroller ProgrammingEmbedded DebuggingCommunication Protocols (UART, SPI, I2C, CAN)GitProblem SolvingTeam CollaborationExperience: 6 Months 1 years ( Required) Education: Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma (Preferred) Work Location: Thrissur Compensation: 15,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick timePaid time offWork Location: In person .

If you just finished reading one job ad and felt paralyzed by choice, you're not alone—but this scale is actually an advantage. It means you can afford to be selective.

Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully.
