## Scrum Master / DevOps ### Role Overview Wenger Watson Business Systems Private Limited is seeking an experienced Scrum Master with strong DevOps acumen to lead agile delivery teams and drive continuous improvement across software development and deployment pipelines. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between agile methodologies and DevOps practices, ensuring teams deliver high-quality software efficiently, collaboratively, and in alignment with organizational goals. ### Key Responsibilities - Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives - Coach and mentor development teams on Agile and Scrum best practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement - Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize a healthy product backlog - Remove impediments and shield the team from external disruptions to ensure sprint commitments are met - Champion DevOps practices including CI/CD pipeline management, infrastructure automation, and release management - Drive collaboration between development, QA, and operations teams to streamline delivery workflows - Monitor team velocity, delivery metrics, and DevOps KPIs to identify areas for improvement - Support the adoption of DevOps tooling and automation frameworks across project teams - Coordinate with stakeholders to communicate sprint progress, risks, and dependencies - Contribute to organizational agile transformation initiatives and scaling frameworks ### Requirements / Qualifications - Seven to ten years of experience as a Scrum Master, with hands-on exposure to DevOps practices - Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification; SAFe certification is a plus - Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps toolchains (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps) - Experience working with version control systems such as Git - Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes - Proven ability to coach cross-functional teams on Agile principles and DevOps culture - Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills - Experience with project and backlog management tools such as Jira or Azure Boards - Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is desirable - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset - Experience in scaling Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, or Scrum@Scale) is an advantage ### About the Company Wenger Watson Business Systems Private Limited is a technology-driven organization specializing in IT consulting, staffing solutions, and business systems services.
