Job Description About the Role As an Ab Initio Developer at Facctum IT Solutions, you will work at the intersection of high-volume data processing and cloud-native engineering. You will collaborate closely with senior development leads and solution designers to build robust, scalable data applications on the Ab Initio Co>Operating System platform. This role demands a self-driven, pragmatic developer who can think critically, iterate fast, and deliver quality outcomes with minimal hand-holding. As a Ab Initio Developer, you are expected to - Work closely with the senior development leads and solution designers to deliver world-class data processing applications Champion best practices for the design and development of technically robust, flexible, and scalable solutions Maintain, develop and extend our existing range of applications that leverage the Ab Initio Co>Operating System platform Writing effective business logic and algorithm design for data processing Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency by writing test cases, contributing to our detailed test platform and writing technical documentation Our rapidly evolving organisation operates a "fail fast" methodology - you should be able to think on your feet and deliver right first time. We encourage free thinking - developers expecting a detailed low-level design document for each task need not apply. Work on Cloud Services Requirements Bachelor's degree in computer sciences or equivalent stream. Should have strong, hands-on experience in development of Ab Initio applications.
