The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building scalable custom applications, automating business processes, integrating enterprise applications, and delivering high-quality ServiceNow solutions following platform best practices. The candidate must possess excellent knowledge of ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer, App Engine Studio, Service Portal development, REST APIs, and data migration, along with exposure to Financial Services workflows. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable ServiceNow applications using App Engine Studio and ServiceNow Studio. Develop and enhance Custom Applications based on business requirements. Configure and implement Financial Services Operations (FSO) modules and related workflows. Customize the ServiceNow platform using: Business Rules Script Includes Client Scripts UI Policies UI Actions ACLs Glide APIs Develop reusable server-side and client-side scripts using JavaScript. Design and implement business process automation using: Flow Designer Custom Flow Actions Subflows Workflow Automation Develop and consume REST APIs including: Scripted REST APIs REST Messages API Explorer Build enterprise integrations using Integration Hub REST APIs External Web Services Configure and maintain Import Sets Transform Maps Data Sources Scheduled Imports Design and enhance Service Portal using: Custom Widgets AngularJS Bootstrap Troubleshoot platform issues and optimize application performance. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices. Prepare technical design documents and deployment documentation. Support deployments across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments. Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
