Job Title: Service Now Developer REST APIs & Integrations Location: Pan India Job Description We are seeking a skilled Service Now Developer with strong experience in REST APIs, integrations, and platform development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between Service Now and external systems while ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and support Service Now integrations using REST/SOAP APIs. - Build and maintain inbound and outbound integrations with third-party applications. - Develop and customize Service Now applications, workflows, and automation solutions. - Create and manage Integration Hub spokes, Flow Designer flows, and Scripted REST APIs. - Develop server-side and client-side scripts using Java Script. - Configure and support Service Now modules such as ITSM, CMDB, HRSD, ITOM, or CSM. - Troubleshoot integration issues and perform root cause analysis. - Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions. - Follow Service Now development best practices, coding standards, and governance processes. - Participate in code reviews, testing, deployments, and platform upgrades. Required Skills - 3+ years of Service Now development experience. - Robust hands-on experience with REST APIs and web services integration. - Experience with Scripted REST APIs, Integration Hub, Flow Designer, and MID Server. - Strong knowledge of Java Script, Glide Record, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Policies. - Experience with JSON, XML, OAuth, JWT, and API authentication mechanisms. - Knowledge of Service Now ITSM and CMDB. - Experience integrating Service Now with HR, ERP, monitoring, cloud, or third-party applications. - Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
