Job title: Lead Developer Service Now (Change & Release Management) Job Type: Contract Location: PAN India (Hybrid) Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Service Now Lead Developer specializing in Change and Release Management to design, develop, and optimize solutions on the Service Now platform. The role involves leading development efforts, ensuring best practices, and supporting efficient and compliant release processes. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and development of Service Now solutions focused on Change Management and Release Management modules. - Configure and customize Service Now workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies. - Implement and enhance change models, release workflows, and deployment processes. - Ensure adherence to ITIL best practices for change and release processes. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Integrate Service Now with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs. - Perform code reviews, enforce development standards, and ensure high-quality deliverables. - Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, ensuring system stability and performance. - Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance. - Support platform upgrades, patches, and release cycles. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Strong hands-on experience with the Service Now platform. - Expertise in Change Management and Release Management modules. - Proficiency in Java Script, Glide API, and Service Now scripting. - Experience with Service Now integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server). - Solid understanding of ITIL processes. - Experience in Agile/Scrum environments. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
