MIS Executive - Finance & Accounts Key Responsibilities: Perform timely monthly books closure and MIS finalization. Prepare and maintain Related Party (RP) reconciliations and resolve outstanding items. Prepare fortnightly and monthly cash flow reports and analyses. Process fixed asset capitalization and long-term lease capitalization. Prepare and maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules. Review and ensure timely closure of open Asset GRNs for capitalization. Prepare and analyze vendor aging, advance aging, and inventory aging reports. Prepare and maintain prepayment / prepaid schedules and pass amortization entries. Prepare and monitor lease payment schedules and loan schedules. Ensure accurate accounting of accruals, prepayments, leases, fixed assets, and other period-end adjustments. Review and close open bank reconciliation items on a timely basis. Pass accounting entries required for month-end closure and MIS preparation. Support budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, and variance analysis. Generate invoices for scrap sales and other ad-hoc receipts. Ensure compliance with accounting policies, statutory requirements, IFRS and internal controls. Provide management with financial analysis, insights, and ad-hoc MIS reports to support decision-making. Required Qualifications: B.Com, CA Inter / CMA Inter qualification - advantage. 2-5 years of experience. Accounting Principles, IFRS, VAT/GST, Advanced Excel, ERP Experience in Power BI dashboard development. Knowledge of ERP systems. .
