Open Positions: Collection Executive Job Location: Nanakramguda CTC: 2 LPA - Fresher 2 LPA - 3.5 LPA (Expererienced) Education: Min Graduation must Job Timing: Regular Morning Shift (NO NIGHT SHIFT / NO ROTATIONAL SHIFT) & There is No Transport Provided 5 Days + Alternate Saturdays (2 Saturdays) Job Description: (Collection Executive) Collection Executive - Nanakramguda (Financial District), Hyderabad Job Responsibilities Make outbound calls to customers for outstanding payment follow-up. Ensure timely collection of dues as per company guidelines. Negotiate payment arrangements and resolve customer queries related to payments. Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions. Follow up with customers through calls, emails, and other communication channels. Escalate complex cases to supervisors when required. Achieve assigned collection targets and productivity metrics. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements during collection activities. Update customer payment status and maintain proper documentation in the system. Job Specification: Candidate must have good communication skills in Hindi and English (Both Mandatory). Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Minimum Graduation is mandatory (60% and above) Strong negotiation and convincing skills. Prior experience in collections, recovery, customer service, or tele-calling will be an added advantage. Ability to handle customer conversations professionally and work towards collection targets.
