Role & Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing day-to-day communication, timelines, and deliverables across creative, media, and production teams.Translate client briefs into executable project plans, ensuring alignment on objectives, budgets, and KPIs with internal stakeholders.Coordinate campaign launches, ad-hoc requests, and revisionstracking progress via project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.Prepare and present campaign performance reports, media plans, and pitch decks with clear insights and actionable recommendations.Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive updates, anticipating needs, and identifying upsell opportunities.Escalate risks or bottlenecks to senior leadership and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues before they impact delivery.
