Digital Client Services Product Delivery Associate

As a Product Delivery Manager within the Research Product Delivery team, you drive end-to-end delivery of strategic, operational, and regulatory initiatives that modernize Research services. You partner with Research, Compliance, Technology, Data & Analytics, Product, and Operations teams to improve efficiency, strengthen the control environment, and increase digital maturity. Job Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end product delivery across the full project lifecycle in an Agile environment, from concept and scoping through build, launch, and adoption.Drive delivery of strategic, operational, and regulatory initiatives across Research Operations, ensuring clear outcomes and execution from design through implementation.Partner with Research, Compliance, Technology, Data & Analytics, Operations, and Product teams to define objectives, requirements, milestones, risks, dependencies, and success measures.Gather and synthesize insights through stakeholder interviews, process mapping, and data analysis to identify current-state flows, pain points, control gaps, and user needs.Identify and shape improvement opportunities, including workflow simplification, efficiency gains, automation, artificial intelligence enablement, digitization, and operating model enhancements.Produce clear delivery artifacts, including business requirements, user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria for design and technology teams.Own scope and objective definition for end-user needs, maintaining alignment between business priorities, delivery plans, and technology outcomes.Plan and coordinate user acceptance testing for new features, ensuring test scenarios are defined, requirements are validated, and stakeholders confirm readiness before release.Monitor delivery progress and proactively manage milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and decisions; escalate as needed, including to senior stakeholders.Support implementation planning and change management, track adoption, and capture post-launch feedback to drive continuous improvement.Foster collaboration and delivery discipline across cross-functional teams to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes.Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities: Strong problem-solving, collaboration, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authorityStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and respond to changing business expectationsStrong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear executive-level materials and project updatesAnalytical skills to interpret operational data, identify trends, and make practical recommendationsWorking knowledge across Product Management, Engineering, Operations, user interface and user experience, Compliance, and business controlsAbility to identify obstacles, conflicts, risks, and delivery blockers and take action to address themInterest in automation, digital transformation, operational innovation, artificial intelligence enablement, and continuous improvementPreferred qualifications, skills, and capabilities: 4+ years of product management or project management experience in financial services or consultingExperience in markets, research, operations, compliance, risk, or regulatory environmentsExperience managing multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced, stakeholder-heavy environmentFamiliarity with Jira and Agile delivery methods, including managing delivery through development and design sprintsExposure to delivery tooling such as Confluence .
