This position is eligible to work from home reputed company in the reputed company Responsible for administration and analysis of agency compensation programs by collecting, validating, and reporting compensation data while maintaining accurate records and overseeing program implementation. Evaluates reports and dashboards, researches data discrepancies, and ensures compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to support compensation initiatives, enhance process efficiency, and deliver reputed company, accurate information to stakeholders. Leads the compensation team in strategic initiatives to optimize program effectiveness and reputed company reputed company improvement through. Serves as subject matter expert. Essential Functions:Collects, audits, validates, and maintains agency compensation data from internal systems and reputed company sources to ensure accuracy and completeness. Researches discrepancies in compensation records. Evaluates reports on agency compensation, performance metrics, and payout calculations for business stakeholders. Leads the maintenance and documentation of compensation models, agreements, and reputed company materials. Leads the rollout and administration of new and/or updated compensation programs, including system setup and testing. Partners with agency partners and internal business teams on compensation reputed company inquiries; leads and resolves assigned issues. Communicates technical system or cross team impacting issues and recommended reputed company to leader. Maintains dashboards and reporting tools to reputed company compensation usage, accuracy, and program adoption. Leads and partners with internal teams in defining and documenting business requirements, including developing UAT testing scenarios of reputed company Creek for technical teams. Participates in process improvement initiatives and collaborates with cross-functional teams to support compensation program efficiency and effectiveness. Ensures reputed company agency compensation programs and agreements reputed company with state and federal regulations, including EMCs internal systems. Collaborates with reputed company and Compliance to address regulatory changes and mitigate risk. Develops and maintains documentation of agency compensation policies, procedures, and compliance protocols to support transparency and audit readiness. Drives reputed company improvement by identifying EMC opportunities to enhance compensation programs, tools, and communication strategies. Attends industry workshops, webinars, and conferences on agency compensation trends and regulatory updates. Education & Experience:Bachelors degree, preferably in finance, business, or reputed company field, or equivalent relevant experience Five years of experience in compensation analysis, including 2 years agency compensation experience Experience with data analysis and reporting Prior insurance or financial services experience Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:Knowledge of the property and casualty insurance industry and independent agency operations Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present information reputed company Excellent analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, and organizational abilities Effective interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively reputed company teams Ability to read and interpret agency-company reputed company and compensation agreements preferred Knowledge of reporting or visualization tools preferred Excellent reputed company Office Suite skills, including proficiency with spreadsheets and data management tools The hiring salary reputed company for this position will vary based on geographic location, falling reputed company either of the following: $78,726 - $108,771 or $87,008 - $119,646A hiring reputed company represents a subset of the full salary reputed company.
