This position is eligible to work from home reputed company in the reputed company Responsible for administration and analysis of agency compensation programs by collecting, validating, and reporting compensation data while maintaining accurate records and overseeing program implementation. Evaluates reports and dashboards, researches data discrepancies, and ensures compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to support compensation initiatives, enhance process efficiency, and deliver reputed company, accurate information to stakeholders. Leads the compensation team in strategic initiatives to optimize program effectiveness and reputed company reputed company improvement through. Serves as subject matter expert. Essential Functions:Collects, audits, validates, and maintains agency compensation data from internal systems and reputed company sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
