The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a basic understanding of the US recruitment process. Key Responsibilities Source and screen candidates for US-based job requirements. Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews. Coordinate interview schedules and follow-ups. Maintain candidate records in the ATS. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates. Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets. Requirements 6 months to 1 year of experience in US Staffing or US Voice Process. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Basic knowledge of US recruitment and work authorizations is preferred. Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn, and ATS is an advantage. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
