We're a 20-person engineering team shipping AI products into healthcare, manufacturing, and enterprise. We hire 12 engineers per month and we hire deliberately. The Role You're not posting job ads and hoping. You're sourcing engineers who ship production code, building relationships with people who can build real things, and learning how to hire for execution. This internship gives you real recruitment responsibility not admin work, real work. No coffee runs. Recruitment that moves. What You Will Do Source candidates using LinkedIn, GitHub, Twitter/X, Discord communities, and cold outreach.Screen resumes and conduct initial screening calls separate signal from noise.Coordinate interview scheduling and gather feedback from interviewers.Maintain an organised candidate pipeline (Airtable, spreadsheet, or equivalent).Follow up consistently and keep candidates informed throughout the process.Support onboarding: help new hires ramp and track their first 30 days.Participate in hiring discussions and contribute to our hiring standards.Suggest improvements to job descriptions and the recruitment process. What We Are Looking For 6+ months of recruitment, HR, or operations experience.Proven ability to reach out to strangers and build relationships.Clear written communication emails, follow-ups, and feedback should be error-free.Organisational discipline: manage multiple pipelines, track deadlines, follow up.Genuine interest in tech hiring and how software teams work. Good to Have Experience screening candidates over phone or video.Track record of building pipelines or sourcing networks.Basic understanding of tech roles: what distinguishes junior from mid-level engineers.Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar recruitment tools.Experience with GitHub or ability to evaluate developer portfolios.Startup recruitment or high-growth team hiring experience.Knowledge of tech compensation structures in India.Basic technical knowledge doesn't need to code, but should understand what backend/frontend/DevOps mean.
