Job Description : Oracle EPM FCCS Consultant / Developer Role Summary : We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service) Consultant/Developer to design, develop, and support financial consolidation, close, and reporting solutions. The role involves close collaboration with finance and IT teams to ensure accurate consolidation, statutory reporting, and compliance with accounting standards. Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and implement Oracle EPM FCCS applications - Configure metadata, dimensions, hierarchies, and data forms - Develop and maintain business rules, calculation scripts, and data maps - Manage data integration using Data Management / EPM Integrations - Support financial consolidation, intercompany eliminations, and currency translation - Configure ownership management, consolidation methods, and close processes - Develop financial reports, Smart View templates, and dashboards - Perform application testing, UAT support, and production deployments - Troubleshoot and resolve FCCS application and data issues - Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close cycles - Prepare technical documentation and provide end-user training - Coordinate with stakeholders, auditors, and external consultants Required Skills & Qualifications : - Strong experience with Oracle EPM FCCS - Good understanding of financial consolidation and accounting concepts - Hands-on experience with : - Dimensions & metadata management - Business rules & calculations - Data integration (Data Management, FDMEE or EPM Integrations) - Intercompany matching and eliminations - Currency translation & multi-GAAP reporting - Experience with Smart View, Financial Reporting, and Narrative Reporting- - Knowledge of month-end close processes - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills .
