Job Description: Accounts Executive CA Fresher / CA Final Dropout Position: Assistant Accounts Manager Location: Noida sector 68 Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive to join our Finance & Accounts team. The role is suitable for CA Freshers as well as CA Final Dropout candidates who have a strong foundation in accounting and are eager to build their careers in corporate finance. Key Responsibilities Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate accounting entries. Prepare and post journal entries in the ERP/accounting system. Perform bank, vendor, customer, and inter-company reconciliations. Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities. Prepare financial statements, schedules, and MIS reports. Support Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes. Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities. Verify invoices, payments, and accounting documents. Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors. Maintain proper accounting records and documentation. Support process improvements and ensure compliance with company policies. Eligibility Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or CA Final Dropout. 05 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software (SAP, Oracle, Tally, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.). Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Preferred Skills Exposure to ERP systems and financial reporting. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic finance environment. .
