Job Description In line with our strategy for growth and improve the quality of what we do we are looking to strengthen our GCC in India through the appointment of a Team Leader- Advisory to help manage and drive the business forward. We are looking for an individual with proven experience and results in establishing, growing and leading an offshoring center and the functions within it - for a major organization to help us deliver this strategy. Team Leader- Advisory will Lead and spearhead the development of the Advisory GCC team by ensuring alignment, cohesion, and high-performance delivery across GCC.Develop and implement an GCC Strategy (aligned to the Australian strategy) and work with each Business Unit and appropriate international colleagues, to identify areas where we can expand our services and improve the outputAs a strategic influencer and people-centric leader, the incumbent will play a pivotal role in building centers of excellence and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and collaboration between GCC and the Australia Regions. The mission is clear: to strengthen the GCCs role as a enabler of Advisory excellence, ensure sustainable growth, and enhance WSPs competitive advantage through integration, innovation, and people empowerment. This includes: Strategic Alignment & Partnership: Build trusted relationships with global and regional leaders to ensure alignment of priorities and effective execution of the GCC strategy. Transformation & Capability Development: Lead the GCC team through transformational change, strengthening delivery capability, integration, and overall performance across regions. Growth & Opportunity Enablement: Identify and translate market and business insights into scalable initiatives that drive growth, enhance utilization, and expand the GCCs strategic value. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of the organization not just by managing complexity, but by creating clarity, driving action, and enabling progress across borders. By working closely with key stakeholders, the Head - Advisory ensures that the GCC is positioned as a strategic enabler and growth partner, driving collaboration, market expansion, and impact across geographies. Responsibilities Drive Advisory teams growth by building trusted relationships with GCC and Australia Advisory Leadership teams, ensuring GCC actively build integrated and high-performing teams. - Develop and implement the GCC l Advisory operating model in partnership with the Australia Region, defining the balance between centralized and decentralized teams, and tracking progress against commercial KPIs. - Engage with other GCC functional leaders to influence and align critical cross-functional strategic decisions and ensure organizational coherence. - Develop and maintain a global network of ambassadors to advocate for GCC initiatives, share best practices and strengthen collaboration across WSP regions. - Drive the creation of Centers of Excellence within the GCC setting up operating platforms that promote innovation and best practices. - Actively identify opportunities for digital enablement across the Advisory function (e.g., proposal automation, digital delivery models) to improve efficiency and scalability. - Promote continuous improvement and collaboration between regions and GCC teams through structured engagement, team interactions, and performance reviews that elevate the GCC Advisory brand globally.
