The organization is known for its ambitious growth plans, high-quality developments, and commitment to operational excellence. Job Description Working closely with the Head of Department, the role will be responsible for managing all post-contract commercial activities across development projects. Key responsibilities include: Developing and implementing robust post-contract cost control procedures and governance frameworks Managing contract administration, contractual correspondence, notices, claims, delays, and dispute resolution Coordinating with procurement teams and external partners to ensure well-defined contract scopes and seamless project execution Overseeing billing certification, variation assessments, contract changes, and commercial negotiations with contractors and subcontractors Monitoring project cash flow forecasts, cost-to-complete reports, and budget alignment in collaboration with finance stakeholders Managing commercial approvals for tenant improvement works and other post-award procurement activities Maintaining project cost databases and supporting future cost planning and estimating activities Providing commercial insights, process improvements, and risk mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle The Successful Applicant A successful candidate must have: A degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline Proven experience in post-contract commercial management, quantity surveying, or contract administration within the construction, industrial, warehousing, or real estate sectors Strong expertise in contract management, cost control, billing, claims management, and variation assessment Advanced analytical and financial skills, including strong proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with ERP systems Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills What's on Offer Opportunity to join a Global leading industrial and logistics real estate platforms Exposure to large-scale, high-value development projects with significant commercial responsibility Attractive compensation, career progression opportunities, and the chance to contribute to transformative infrastructure developments .
