Job Description Position: Salesforce PMO (Contract 2 Months) Location: BKC, Mumbai (Work from Office) Duration: Up to 2 months (Project Closure & Transition to Support) Joining Timeline: Immediate Joiners Only (Candidates who can join within 13 days only need to apply.) About the Role We are looking for an experienced Project Management Office (PMO) professional to support a Salesforce implementation project that is in its final stages and transitioning into the support phase. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working on Salesforce projects and should be comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders, tracking deliverables, driving governance, and ensuring timely project closure. Key Responsibilities Update the project plan and RAID log and share status updates with leadership. Attend and drive daily project governance calls with Engineering, Security, Development, and other cross-functional teams to align priorities and define daily action items. Schedule and coordinate meetings involving multiple stakeholders to review, discuss, and finalize project requirements. Raise and track user creation requests through ServiceMax. Create and monitor bugs and enhancement requests in JIRA. Drive prioritization discussions for UAT defects and issue resolution. Coordinate prioritization and tracking of Production defects. Share Salesforce UAT templates with stakeholders as required. Prepare detailed project plans for specific workstreams and project activities. Facilitate key project meetings, drive agendas, and ensure discussions conclude with clear decisions and action items. Track user story sign-offs and proactively drive pending approvals to closure. Mandatory Requirements 10+ years of Project Management/PMO experience. Hands-on experience working on Salesforce implementation or support projects (Mandatory). Strong experience in stakeholder coordination and project governance. Experience using JIRA for issue and defect tracking. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to join immediately. Preferred Skills Experience working on enterprise digital transformation or CRM projects. Exposure to Agile project delivery. Experience managing project closure and transition to support. .
