Team Lead - Learning & Development

About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Conduct training needs analysis by understanding client and organizational training requirements. 2. Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating training programs and workshops. 3. Develop and update training materials, presentations (PPTs), handouts, activities, and learning resources. 4. Coordinate with internal and external Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for content development and training delivery. 5. Prepare training schedules, trainer briefs, and ensure all pre-session activities are completed. 6. Manage end-to-end training logistics, including participant communication, venue/online session arrangements, and technical support. 7. Register participants on the Learning Management System (LMS) and maintain training records. 8. Monitor live training sessions and ensure smooth execution of both online and offline programs. 9. Track attendance, assessments, participant feedback, and maintain accurate training documentation. 10. Prepare post-training reports, feedback summaries, and client reports. 11. Maintain trainer databases, training records, and archive training materials and session recordings. 12. Ensure compliance with organizational SOPs, quality standards, and training processes. 13. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement by analyzing participant feedback and implementing process enhancements. 14. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Learning & Development initiatives and organizational growth. Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, management, education, or a related field.2. Strong presentation, coordination, and interpersonal skills.5. Good organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail.6. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.7. Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, or similar virtual training platforms.8. Basic knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) will be preferred.9. Ability to multitask, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and manage training schedules effectively.10. Willingness to learn, take ownership, and work in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.11. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach towards continuous improvement (Kaizen mindset).
