Pricing Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Pricing Executive to join our freight forwarding team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing competitive freight quotations, negotiating with carriers and vendors, analyzing market trends, and ensuring accurate pricing to support the sales and operations team. This role requires strong analytical skills, a good understanding of international freight forwarding (Air, Ocean, and Land), and the ability to build strong vendor relationships. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and provide accurate freight rates and quotations for air, ocean, and land shipments in a timely manner.Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and overseas agents to obtain competitive rates.Maintain and update pricing database, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness in line with market conditions.Support the sales team with pricing strategies and cost analysis to secure new business opportunities.Negotiate with carriers, co-loaders, and other service providers to achieve the best possible rates.Monitor freight market trends, surcharges, and carrier policies to adjust pricing strategies accordingly.Ensure quotations are aligned with company policies, profitability targets, and customer requirements.Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth handling of shipments based on quoted terms.Prepare reports and analysis on pricing performance, win/loss ratio, and margin analysis.Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers, agents, and vendors.Job Type: Full-time Compensation: 30,000.00 - 35,000.00 per month Education: Bachelor's (Required)Experience: total work: 2 years (Preferred)Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)Language: English (Required)Hindi (Preferred)Work Location: In person .
