We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Sales & Operations Manager to lead our sales initiatives while ensuring smooth day-to-day operational execution. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee daily sales and operational activities. Drive student enrollments and achieve monthly revenue targets. Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the sales team. Coordinate with academic, marketing, and support teams for seamless operations. Track KPIs, prepare reports, and identify areas for process improvement. Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the enrollment journey. Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and operational efficiency. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in Sales, Operations, or Business Development (EdTech experience preferred). Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. Experience working with CRM tools and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets. Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
