Operations Manager (India)

Kolkata 08 September 2023 Immediate opening for a Operations Manager(BPO Non voice) Candidate will be responsible for : - Will be responsible & for providing guidance to team members and addressing performance issues if any arise. - Conducting performance reviews to ensure that employees are meeting company standards. - Set goals, and develop plans for revenue growth. - Prepares performance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends. - Maintains equipment by evaluating and installing equipment; developing preventive maintenance programs; calling for repairs; and evaluating and implementing upgrades. - Meets all financial objectives by estimating requirements; preparing a budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; and initiating corrective actions. - Managing a team of process associates to ensure that client satisfaction is met or exceeded at all times. - Analyzing data to identify trends in customer needs or behavior patterns that may require changes to business processes. - Developing and implementing new processes or procedures to improve efficiency or quality of service. - Coordinating with all international Clients on a regular basis & and maintaining excellent business relationships. - This is a full-time hybrid role. Eligibility Required : - Previous experience in an e-commerce back-office role is preferred. - Solid computer literacy skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. - Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy. - Good analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent written and oral English communication skills. - Bachelor's Degree. - Availability to work night shifts is mandatory. .
