Sales Executive/Business Development Executive We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and result-oriented Sales Executive who is comfortable making outbound calls, generating leads, and meeting prospective customers. The ideal candidate should have prior sales experience and be willing to undertake extensive fieldwork, including customer visits, product demonstrations, business meetings, and participation in exhibitions across Mumbai and other cities. Strong communication skills in English and Hindi are essential. Key Responsibilities Make outbound sales calls to potential customers and generate new business opportunities.Follow up on leads and maintain strong customer relationships.Schedule and conduct product demonstrations for prospective clients.Visit customers and prospects at their offices to present products and services.Carry out regular field visits to identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, seminars, and industry events to promote the company's products and generate leads.Travel within Mumbai and outstation as required for customer meetings, product demonstrations, exhibitions, and business development activities.Meet customers at their offices to understand their requirements and provide suitable product solutions.Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and after-sales support.Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth of the company.Eligibility Criteria Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory).Minimum 1 year of prior experience in Sales, Business Development, or Customer Acquisition.Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.Knowledge of additional regional languages will be an added advantage.Candidates with a B.Sc. degree or knowledge of chemicals, food products, ingredients, or related industries will be preferred.Must be comfortable with extensive fieldwork and frequent customer visits.Must be willing to travel within Mumbai as well as out of Mumbai for customer meetings, product demonstrations, exhibitions, and business development activities.Strong interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.Preferred Qualifications B.Sc. in Chemistry, Food Technology, Microbiology, or related fields.Experience in chemical, food, ingredients, industrial products, or B2B sales.Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.Experience Required Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, Telecalling, or Customer Relationship Management.**CHEMICAL INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE MANDATORY** Education Graduate (B.Sc. preferred).Languages English and Hindi (Mandatory).Additional regional languages will be an added advantage.Travel Requirement This is primarily a field sales role.Candidates should be willing to travel extensively within Mumbai and out of Mumbai for customer meetings, product demonstrations, exhibitions, seminars, and other business development activities.The company will provide transportation or reimburse approved travel expenses for official travel related to customer meetings, exhibitions, and business visits.Incentives & Benefits Attractive performance-based incentives will be provided on successful order generation and achievement of sales targets.Company-provided transportation or reimbursement for official travel related to customer meetings, exhibitions, demonstrations, and outstation business visits.Opportunity to work with leading customers and participate in industry exhibitions across India.Compensation: 14,000.00 - 15,000.00 per month Work Location: In person .
