Position: Real Estate Agent / Telecaller Work Mode: Remote Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: Up to INR 40,000/month (based on experience, skills, and profile suitability) Job Requirements: Proven experience in real estate telecalling, and customer qualification. Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written). Strong ability to qualify leads, understand customer requirements, and identify genuine buying opportunities. Experience handling real estate inquiries, follow-ups, and appointment scheduling. Good knowledge of customer engagement, lead nurturing, and conversion techniques. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities: Contact and engage with potential clients through outbound calls. Qualify leads based on customer requirements, budget, preferences, and investment objectives. Conduct follow-ups and maintain effective communication with prospects. Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team. Maintain accurate lead records and update CRM systems. Build strong client relationships through professional and consultative communication.
