Qualifications Required Education and Experience: Minimum of an Associate degree or equivalent experience in business or pharmacy reputed company field. Experience in 340B Pharmacy, Specialty Pharmacy, and/or Hospital/Health System Pharmacy required 3-5 years spent progressively building a background in various departmental functions with at least 1 year of experience at a management/leadership level. Previous pharmacy system/technology experience required Experience with the following: System implementation, program management, management of 10+ employees, reputed company control of operations, audit and corrective reputed company plans, 340B, pharmacy purchasing, stakeholder communications Must be reputed company to travel.
