Job Description LTTS Intellectual Property team seeks an IP focal to review inventions for patentability, conduct prior art assessments, draft patent and trademark applications, prosecute applications, and respond to office actions. You will coordinate with external IP law firms, support IP education and training, and handle administrative tasks including reports, POs, and invoices while working under senior IP team members. Required - 4+ years in patent drafting and prosecution - Strong prior art search and patentability assessment - Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field - Excellent English drafting and communication skills - Ability to manage office actions and filings - Familiarity with patent and trademark applications Nice to Have - Registered patent agent in India - Trademark prosecution experience - Experience in engineering domains and applied innovation - Familiarity with external IP law firms .
