Deputy Manager- Export Logistics (Maharashtra)

Brief Description of Duties (or attach the Job Description) : Banking & Export Documentation - Handle export banking activities including submission of export documents to banks. - Coordinate with banks for Letter of Credit (LC), Bank Guarantees (BG), inward and outward remittances. - Monitor realization of export proceeds and maintain records as per RBI/FEMA guidelines. - Follow up with banks regarding export documentation discrepancies and payment receipts. - Prepare and maintain reports related to export collections, outstanding payments, and banking transactions. - Liaise with finance and accounts teams for reconciliation of export payments. - EDPMS - MANAGEMENT AND CLOSURE - ENSURE EXPORT INCENTIVES ARE TIMELY APPLIED AND CLAIMED - UNDERSTANDING OF EWAY BILLS ; E INVOICING Compliance & Coordination - Ensure compliance with customs, DGFT, FEMA, and other applicable regulations. - Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies for smooth execution of logistics and banking processes. - Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and inspections. - Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Logistics Operations - Coordinate domestic and international shipments with freight forwarders, CHA, transporters, and warehouse teams. - Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of pharmaceutical products. - Prepare and verify shipping documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, COO, BL/AWB, and other export-import documentation. - Track shipments and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders and customers. - Coordinate with regulatory, QA, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order execution. - Maintain logistics records and ensure compliance with company SOPs and applicable regulations .
