The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing annotation teams, ensuring data quality, and delivering accurate labeled datasets for AI model training. The candidate should have experience in handling annotation workflows, team coordination, quality control processes, and project execution. Key Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end data annotation projects and daily operations. - Lead and coordinate annotation teams to ensure timely project delivery. - Allocate tasks, monitor productivity, and track project progress. - Perform quality checks and ensure annotation accuracy as per project guidelines. - Train and support annotation team members on project requirements. - Identify operational challenges and implement process improvements. - Maintain project reports, performance dashboards, and quality metrics. - Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders for project updates and requirements. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Management, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in data annotation, data labeling, or AI/ML data operations. - Experience managing annotation teams and large-scale data projects. - Strong understanding of annotation processes and quality standards. - Positive communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
