Store & Inventory Executive

Company: Vijay Spheroidals Pvt Ltd Location: Peenya Industrial Area, Bangalore Experience Required: 2-3 Years Department: Stores Role Overview We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Manager to manage inventory, material handling, and store operations, ensuring accurate stock control and timely availability of materials for production. Key Responsibilities A. Inventory Management Maintain accurate stock records of raw materials, consumables, and finished goods Monitor stock levels and ensure availability of materials Conduct regular stock verification and reconciliation B. Material Handling Ensure proper receipt, storage, and issue of materials Follow FIFO/FEFO methods where applicable Maintain proper labeling and storage practices C. Coordination Coordinate with purchase, production, and planning teams Ensure timely material issue to avoid production delays D. Documentation & System Control Maintain records of GRN, material issue, and stock registers Update inventory data in ERP system Ensure proper documentation and audit readiness E. Store Maintenance Maintain clean and organized store area Ensure safety and proper handling of materials F. Audit & Reporting Support internal and external audits Prepare stock reports and MIS for management Key Skills Required Knowledge of inventory management Experience in ERP systems Good coordination and organizational skills Basic knowledge of materials used in manufacturing Qualification Diploma / Any Degree Reporting To Operations Head / Plant Head Salary As per industry standards Compensation: 23,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month Work Location: In person .
