About the role We're a fast-growing startup looking for an Investment Analyst Intern to support our fundraising and investor relations efforts. You'll help us stay closely connected with existing investors and build our pipeline of potential new investors as we grow. Responsibilities Maintain and update the investor database/CRM (existing and prospective investors)Draft and help send regular investor updates (monthly/quarterly newsletters, milestones, KPIs)Research and identify potential new investors (VCs, angels, family offices) aligned with our stage and sectorSupport fundraising materials pitch decks, data rooms, financial summariesTrack outreach, follow-ups, and investor meeting notesAssist with due diligence requests from prospective investorsMonitor market/competitor trends relevant to investor conversationsRequirements Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related fieldStrong written communication skills comfortable drafting investor-facing contentDetail-oriented with strong organizational skills (managing CRM/contact data accurately)Basic understanding of startup fundraising (rounds, cap tables, term sheets) a plusProficient in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google SlidesComfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environmentPrior experience with CRM tools (e.g. Affinity, HubSpot, Notion) is a plusNice to have Interest in venture capital or startup investingExperience with investor outreach or business developmentFamiliarity with data room platforms (DocSend, Carta, etc.)Details Duration: FlexibleLocation: Noida On-site Compensation: Paid .
