We are hiring a detail-oriented and organized Billing Coordinator for a leading Roofing Material Supplier in Palarivattom. Applications are invited from both male and female candidates with 13 years of experience in billing, invoicing, or coordination roles. As a Billing Coordinator, you will be responsible for preparing and processing invoices, maintaining accurate billing records, coordinating with the sales and accounts teams, tracking customer orders, following up on payments, resolving billing-related queries, and ensuring timely documentation. You will also assist in order coordination, update inventory and customer records, prepare reports, and support smooth day-to-day business operations. Candidates should have good communication and organizational skills, proficiency in MS Excel, and experience with billing or accounting software. Knowledge of GST billing and retail or distribution operations will be an added advantage. .
