Key ResponsibilitiesConduct live online coaching sessions for ICSE and CBSE students, focusing on their respective subjects. Develop customized lesson plans and study materials tailored to individual student needs and learning styles. Track and assess student progress through regular assignments, quizzes, and tests. Provide constructive feedback and academic advice to motivate and support students. Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate student performance and areas for improvement. Stay updated with the latest ICSE and CBSE curriculum changes, exam patterns, and academic resources. Foster a positive and encouraging virtual learning environment. Manage scheduling and maintain punctuality for all coaching sessions. Required Skills and QualificationsBachelors degree in Education, Science, Commerce, Arts, or a relevant discipline. Expertise in one or more subjects within the ICSE and/or CBSE syllabus (Mathematics, Science, English, Social Studies, etc.). Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for online teaching (Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, etc.). Ability to simplify complex concepts and tailor teaching methods to diverse learners. Patience, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with students and parents. Good organizational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently. ExperienceMinimum 2 years of teaching or tutoring experience, preferably with ICSE/CBSE students. Prior experience in online coaching or remote education is highly desirable. Proven track record of helping students improve academic performance.
