Role & responsibilities - To ensure timely procurement of excipients as per regulatory compliance, cost effectiveness and un-interrupted production. - Identify, evaluate and develop approved vendors. - Negotiate prices, payment terms, lead-time and delivery schedules. - Coordinate with suppliers regarding deliveries, documents and quality issues. - Prepare purchase reports and cost analysis reports - Track lead-time and manage supply risks. - Analyze market trends and price fluctuations. - Preparation of monthly MIS report.
