: Procurement & Inventory (Store Executive) Position Summary: The Procurement & Inventory Coordinator will be responsible for end-to-end management of spares and consumables procurement, ensuring timely material availability to support ongoing maintenance and operational activities. The role requires close coordination with internal procurement systems, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to maintain optimal stock levels and accurate inventory records. Key Responsibilities: Procurement & Vendor Coordination - Manage Purchase Requisition (PR) and Purchase Order (PO) creation through the MyBuy system. - Coordinate with the MyBuy team for procurement-related activities and prompt issue resolution. - Liaise with suppliers on a day-to-day basis for spares and consumables requirements, deliveries, and follow-ups. Inventory & Stock Management - Track and monitor material procurement status to ensure timely availability of spares and consumables. - Maintain inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records at all times. - Monitor and report Daily MSL (Minimum Stock Level) to proactively prevent stock shortages. Documentation & Reporting - Prepare and maintain procurement and inventory-related reports and documentation. - Ensure timely material availability to support maintenance and operational activities across the facility. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Technical Skill: Working knowledge of AutoCAD with the ability to draft 2D drawings. - Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in procurement, inventory, or materials management. - Core Competencies: Solid coordination and follow-up skills, attention to detail in stock/inventory tracking, and effective communication with suppliers and internal teams. .
