Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Process Trainer to support our Insurance Sales process within a BPO setting. The candidate will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs to enhance sales performance, product knowledge, and customer interaction skills. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct new hire training (NHT) for insurance sales processes - Deliver refresher training sessions based on performance gaps - Train agents on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance requirements - Monitor and evaluate trainee performance through assessments, mock calls, and role plays - Collaborate with Quality and Operations teams to identify training needs - Develop training materials, SOPs, and process documentation - Track and report training effectiveness using KPIs (conversion rate, AHT, etc.) - Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance standards in insurance sales - Stay updated with process changes and industry trends Requirements Required Skills & Competencies: - Strong understanding of insurance products. - Proven experience in sales training within a BPO or contact center - Excellent communication and presentation skill .
