- Design, develop, and deliver process training programs for recent and existing employees. - Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and ensure training programs align with organizational goals. - Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of training effectiveness and make adjustments as necessary. - Monitor, evaluate, and report on employee progress and performance post-training. - Ensure all training documentation is up to date, accurate, and accessible. - Provide ongoing support to trainees and answer process-related queries. - Continuously improve training methods based on feedback and industry best practices. - Lead and support process improvement initiatives across the organization. - Facilitate workshops and group sessions for process knowledge transfer. Requirements: Experience in the BPO or service industry is a plus. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any field. - 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in process training or process management. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Experience in designing and implementing training programs. - Ability to work with multiple teams and departments. - Proficient in MS Office and other related tools. .
