Consultant- SAP Integration( Project Manager)

Our Client, a Leading Global Specialist in Energy Management and Automation is looking for a Project Manager , driving the integration of multiple SAP applications and business processes into a single, standardized enterprise ecosystem. The role involves collaborating with Global IT, business stakeholders, and implementation partners to deliver SAP integration initiatives that support digital transformation and operational excellence across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, and Quality functions. Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and governance frameworks.Drive business process harmonization and standardization across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, and Quality functions.Collaborate with Global IT, Business Process Owners, functional teams, and external implementation partners to ensure successful project execution.Lead process mapping, gap analysis, solution validation, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover planning, deployment, and hypercare support.Ensure seamless integration between SAP modules and connected enterprise applications.Oversee data migration readiness, master data governance, and system stabilization activities.Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and provide regular status updates to leadership.Drive organizational change management, user training, stakeholder communication, and adoption of new business processes.Monitor project KPIs and governance metrics while supporting continuous process improvements after implementation.NOTE- Duration: 12 months (extendable) Location: Poonamallee, Chennai Capacity: Full Time Nature of Work: Onsite (5 days per week) .
