Job Title: Garment Production & Logistics Specialist Location: Mumbai, India Employment Type: Full-Time Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Garment Production & Logistics specialist to oversee garment sourcing, production planning, procurement, vendor management, and logistics for both men's and women's apparel. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing manufacturers across India, China, and global markets while ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery. Key Responsibilities * Manage end-to-end garment production from sourcing to delivery. * Develop production and procurement plans to optimize ordering and inventory. * Source, evaluate, and manage garment manufacturers and suppliers. * Negotiate pricing, lead times, and commercial terms with vendors. * Maintain and expand an existing vendor network across India, China, and global markets. * Coordinate production schedules and monitor quality standards. * Manage domestic and international logistics, shipping, and delivery timelines. * Collaborate with design, merchandising, and procurement teams to ensure smooth production execution. * Monitor supplier performance and identify opportunities for cost and process improvements. Requirements * Minimum 6 years of experience in garment sourcing, production, and logistics. * Strong knowledge of men's and women's apparel production and garment construction. * Proven experience working with vendors in India, China, and international markets. * Established network of garment manufacturers and suppliers. * Strong negotiation, procurement planning, and vendor management skills. * Experience in production planning, supply chain, and logistics coordination. * Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ERP experience is an advantage. .
