About the Role Our client, a leading FMCG company, is looking for a detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to join their team in Delhi . This role is crucial for optimizing our supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency, and reducing costs. You will be responsible for analyzing complex supply chain data, identifying bottlenecks, and recommending solutions to improve overall performance. The position requires a strong analytical mindset and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments to implement strategic improvements. This role is based in the bustling capital of India and offers a fantastic opportunity to impact a major industry. Key Responsibilities Analyze supply chain data to identify inefficiencies, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for improvement. Develop and maintain reports on key supply chain metrics, such as inventory levels, lead times, and transportation costs. Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and manufacturing teams to streamline operations. Forecast demand and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimizing holding costs. Implement and monitor new supply chain initiatives and technologies. Evaluate supplier performance and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and cost-effectiveness. Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain analysis or a related field, preferably in FMCG . Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and ideally with supply chain planning software. Strong understanding of supply chain principles, logistics, and inventory management. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Business, or a related quantitative field.
