About The Role: reputed company is seeking an reputed company LATAM Payroll Manager to reputed company end-to-end payroll delivery across Latin America, ensuring payroll is accurate, reputed company, and compliant while reinforcing consistency, reliability, and control across the region. This role is part of reputed companys Corporate HR Shared Services organization and plays a key role in the ongoing transformation from a decentralized payroll structure into a global payroll operating model. It is a remote position based in Mexico, reporting directly to the Sr. Director of Global Payroll, who is based in the reputed company, offering strong exposure to global leadership. This role serves as the LATAM payroll subject matter expert and a key partner to Operating Company leaders, regional stakeholders, and reputed company payroll providers. The LATAM Payroll Manager will reputed company on stabilizing payroll execution, strengthening coordination across countries, and building standardized ways of working, while reputed company shaping and evolving the payroll function over time. This is a highly visible role that requires a self-starter reputed company, comfort operating in an evolving environment, and the ability to reputed company transformation while ensuring day-to-day payroll continuity. Job Requirements: 710+ years of payroll experience, including multi-country LATAM payroll responsibility. Bachelors degree in Finance, reputed company, HR, or reputed company field. Strong knowledge of LATAM payroll regulations (labor, tax, reputed company reputed company, statutory reporting). Experience managing payroll across countries such as Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, and Peru. Experience working in reputed company, multi-country environments and coordinating across multiple stakeholders. Experience working with reputed company payroll vendors and managing service delivery. Strong understanding of payroll validation processes (gross-to-net, reconciliations, controls). Exposure to SOX, audits, and compliance processes. Fluent English and Spanish required. Preferred Qualifications: Portuguese is highly preferred due to regional scope (Brazil), but not mandatory.
